Well-kept secret
Panorama Rock is a unique experience. An oasis far from the crowds, where privacy is guaranteed. Breathe in the crisp and invigorating morning air as you drive or hike across the African savannah. The only sign of time is the angle of the sun as it leisurely wanders across the horizon. Far from the hustle and bustle of the daily grind, you can immerse yourself in this tranquil wonder of nature, as weariness and fatigue give way to serenity.
Easy Travel
Upon arrival at Hosea Kutako Airport, you have several transport options. If you are a first-time guest in Namibia or prefer a shuttle service, we will personally pick you up at the airport. Alternatively, you can hire a car from one of the many rental agencies on site. Although it is preferable to travel Namibia's gravel roads with 4X4 vehicles, you can also reach us comfortably with a sedan car.
Accommodation
Panorama Rock is perched on top of a hill about 150 m high in the heart of the game farm. The main building offers a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view of the stunning African savannah, spectacular Namibian sunrises and sunsets, as well as roaming game. Unwind by the pool against this magnificent backdrop. Panorama Rock has mobile phone reception.
Wine & Dine
We are the home of Michelle se Kombuis (Michelle's Kitchen), the internationally awarded Namibian culinary guru. Our menu offers local, farm-to-table African cuisine, which you can savour while overlooking the pristine nature. We pride ourselves on not serving routine menus. Our ingredients are either home grown or sourced from local markets. A meal at Panorama Rock is not only a treat for the palate, but also for the eyes and the soul.
Our chef is happy to cater to your special dietary requirements.
We select our exquisite wines from award-winning South African wineries. A full-bodied Pinotage or a perfectly balanced Cabernet Sauvignon, for example, are the perfect choice to complement your meal.
For picnics and special occasions (such as birthdays or engagements), we add a personal touch and cater to your individual ideas. You can celebrate the happy occasion in the bush or at our clay pigeon range.
Namibian Sunsets
bathe the sky into an impressive kaleidoscope of colours. Let the day fade away with a sundowner on the patio or enjoy a cosy evening in our boma. Witness the sun kissing the day goodnight against the backdrop of the stunning Namibian horizon, as the stars light up the African sky.

How to find us
Directions:
From the airport you turn left at the t-junction in the direction of Gobabis. After approximately 3 km turn right into the M51 to Nina. This is a gravel road; follow this road for 38 km, until you see the main gate of Panorama Rock on your left. Pass through the gate and follow the directions to the lodge, which you will see on top of the hill (distance appr 4 km). Please ensure to close the gate at the game camp at all times.
